Data residency & jurisdictions
How jurisdiction affects retention, export, and deletion.
Updated May 27, 2026
Your billing country sets your jurisdiction, which can affect data-retention and deletion behavior so Queringo aligns with local data-protection requirements.

How jurisdiction is set
Your jurisdiction comes from the billing country in Company details. Stricter jurisdictions get shorter retention windows and grace periods by default.
Export and deletion
- Export: request a full archive of your data as JSON from Privacy. PII is masked in exports.
- Deletion: schedule account deletion with a cancellable grace period. In stricter jurisdictions the grace period is shorter to meet local rules.
See GDPR lifecycle and export for the full data lifecycle.
Set your billing country accurately. It drives jurisdiction-aware policies, so an incorrect country can apply the wrong retention rules.
