Setup
- Open Connect source
In the app, go to Data sources and choose Connect source. Open the SaaS tab and select NetSuite.
- Paste your credentials
In the NetSuite connection form, paste:
- Account ID: Your NetSuite account, e.g. 1234567 or 1234567_SB1 for a sandbox.
- Access token: Token-based authentication access token.
- Save the connection
Queringo tests the connection before saving, then discovers the schema. PII is flagged and masked by default during discovery.
Fields
| Field | What to paste |
|---|---|
| Account ID | Your NetSuite account, e.g. 1234567 or 1234567_SB1 for a sandbox. |
| Access token | Token-based authentication access token. |
Where to find these in your provider
- Enable the Token-Based Authentication feature under Setup → Company → Enable Features → SuiteCloud.
- Create or pick an Integration record (Setup → Integration → Manage Integrations) with Token-Based Authentication enabled.
- Assign a role with read access on the records you want exposed.
- Go to Setup → Users/Roles → Access Tokens → New and create a token for that integration. Copy the Access Token and Token Secret shown once.
- Your Account ID is in your NetSuite URL (e.g.
1234567.app.netsuite.com; sandbox shows as1234567_SB1).
Test the connection
Queringo runs a connection test as part of saving. If it fails, the error message indicates what to check (credentials, network reachability, or scope). From Data sources, you can re-run Test connection on the source row any time, for example after rotating a secret or changing network rules.
Edit or rotate
To change connection details (host, port, or database), open the source from Data sources and edit it. To swap only the secret (password, key file, or token), use Rotate credentials so existing dashboards and alerts keep working. See Rotating credentials.
