Seat expansion

Add seats as your team grows, including beyond your plan's included seats.

Each member who can sign in takes a seat. Plans include a number of seats, and you can add more as your team grows.

How seats work

Your plan includes a base number of seats and allows up to a maximum.
Added seats beyond the included count are billed per seat per month (shown in the team and billing pages as $12 per seat per month).
Seats are provisioned immediately when you add them.

Add seats from Billing & usage. The Team & permissions page shows a seat usage bar so you can see how many of your included seats are in use.

Invited teammates count toward seats once they accept. Remove members you no longer need to free up seats.
