Dashboard filters

Add workspace filters that slice every bound widget at once.

Updated May 27, 2026

Dashboard filters let viewers slice a whole dashboard, for example by date range or region, without editing each widget. You define filters once and bind them to the widgets they should affect.

Steps

  1. Open Manage filters

In edit mode, open the filters manager for the dashboard.

  2. Add a filter

Create a filter (such as a date range or a category) that viewers can change.

  3. Bind it to widgets

Choose which widgets the filter applies to. Unbound widgets are unaffected.

  4. Publish

Publish the dashboard. Viewers can now change the filter and Reset all to clear.

Bind a single date filter to every time-based widget so viewers can move the whole dashboard to a new period in one click.
