Sharing and embedding
Share a dashboard with your workspace, specific people, a public link, or an embed.
Dashboards can be shared several ways depending on who should see them and where.
Sharing options
- Open the share dialog
From the dashboard header, open Share.
- Choose an audience
Share with the whole workspace, with specific people, or generate a public link for anyone with the URL.
- Embed it (enterprise)
Generate an embed to place the dashboard in another site or internal portal.
Embedding
Embedding renders the dashboard in a sandboxed iframe on your own page using a short-lived signed token, so access stays controlled. The Embed SDK is an enterprise capability; see Embed SDK for setup.
A public link is viewable by anyone who has the URL. Use workspace or specific-people sharing for sensitive dashboards.
